The site on Slobozhansky Highway was chosen based on the analysis of nine potential locations for a Dnipro industrial park.<\/p>\n

The <\/b>selected territory totals <\/b>80 <\/b>h<\/b>\u0430<\/b><\/p>\n

and is located 5 km from the city center on the left bank of the Dnipro River.<\/p>\n

This is a classic brownfield site with the territory<\/p>\n

being reclaimed of from a large metallurgical plant.<\/p>\n

This project provides a real possibility of land restoration while building a modern industrial and business cluster with all necessary associated services. Preliminary allocation of park plots is already underway.<\/p>\n
