Look The INDUSTRIAL PARK \u0406N DNIPRO CITY: project video<\/p><\/div>\n

The first step – the choice of land. In Dnipro runs 200 plants, 21 are located in the industrial area. Dnipro Development Agency conducted an analysis of five plots of land in terms of location, size, promising areas for development, number of owners, the presence of buildings, dismantling, land reclamation and other. The area of the selected territory is 86.6 hectares which is located in the center of the city.<\/p>\n

This is a classic situation “brown field” when large metallurgical plant wants to return part of the territory. This is a chance to restore the land, to build a cluster of modern industries and types of complex adjacent service. The decision on the preliminary allocation of the development of this area is in stages. The first phase an industrial park will be located on the 35.0 hectares area.<\/p>\n

Dnipro Development Agency created a concept and a vision of filling the industrial park \u2013 exhibition center, business center, IT- incubator, clean production, and service sector.<\/p>\n

We are completed Phase 1 design – “Pre-proposals to change the functional purpose and development planning structure area bounded Slobozhansky highway, including area Public corporation Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant “Interpipe” in Dnipro city”.<\/p>\n
