Background
The site on Slobozhansky Highway was chosen based on the analysis of nine potential locations for a Dnipro industrial park.
The selected territory totals 80 hа
and is located 5 km from the city center on the left bank of the Dnipro River.
This is a classic brownfield site with the territory
being reclaimed of from a large metallurgical plant.
This project provides a real possibility of land restoration while building a modern industrial and business cluster with all necessary associated services. Preliminary allocation of park plots is already underway.
